Perfect place!!!

Best Apartment I’ve Rented

The amenities are top-tier, the fitness center is spotless and well equipped, the pool area feels like a mini resort, and the clubhouse is perfect for working remotely or just relaxing with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate from the nice starbucks coffee machine they provide for residents!Property Manager Responded

Horrible Parking and lots of dog poop

Best decision ever!
June 13, 2025I have lived here for 6 month now and all I have to say is BEST DECISION EVER!! I toured 10 other places before coming here, and as soon as I stepped foot into the leasing office, I knew this would be home. Alex was my leasing agent and gave me a tour of my now apartment. He’s amazing and so professional! The property and my apartment is absolutely gorgeous. The property is clean, well-maintained and modern. I’ve also gotten to know Maggie and Ian at the leasing office by simply walking by them ...on my way out the door every day. They always greet me with a friendly smile! They also know my 8yo son by name and ask him how school was. They even called me on my birthday to tell me they had a gift for me, along with a handwritten card from all of them. I’ve never felt more special and cared for by staff. They go far above and beyond their job description! They genuinely care! The amenities are top-notch. I especially love all of the work-from-home options in the clubhouse. There is so much sunlight that comes through the entire building. I’ve had 3 issues with appliances and when I tell you they were addressed IMMEDIATELY! They instantly assessed the problem and replaced them with new appliances within 15 minutes. Ronnie (the maintenance guy) is so friendly and now waves and says hello every time I see him on property. Everyone here is like family. June 13, 2025I’ve been living in a 1-bedroom apartment at The Height at Ridgewalk and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The apartment itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I love the open layout, high ceilings, and quality finishes—everything feels fresh and upscale without being over the top. The community amenities are a huge plus—especially the fitness center, pool area, and beautifully maintained common spaces. It’s quiet, safe, and has a great sense of community. Maintenance requests ...(the very few I’ve had!) are always handled quickly and professionally. Location-wise, you really can’t beat it. It’s close to everything I need—grocery stores, restaurants, and easy highway access—yet it still feels tucked away and peaceful. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend The Height at Ridgewalk to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable place to live. It really feels like home!Property Manager Responded

Best Apartment Complex in the Area
June 11, 2025I moved in February of this year and it has been nothing but great since. The complex is always extremely clean and well maintained. Maggie helped be throughout the entire process and everyone is supper friendly here and they make you feel like family. There’s always something going on at the clubhouse whether it be free breakfast and donuts or the leasing staff giving out free icecream at the pool. Current Resident!!!!
June 11, 2025I moved into the Heights at Ridgewalk Woodstock October of last year so this is a Real Review. Ever since I came in contact with the property staff, specifically Ian, he made the process seamless! Ian kept me up-to-date with the move in schedule, made sure I knew about the property and surrounding amenities since I work from home, so getting out is a must! The staff are true professionals and prompt upon any issues or concerns. Neighbors are nice and I have yet to incur any resident/maintenance ...issues that were not taken care of within that day! If your looking for a New peaceful/ pet friendly, upscale atmosphere where you feel at home, this is your place!!!!Property Manager Responded

Amazing Staff!
June 11, 2025We recently moved to the Heights and what led us to choosing the Heights at Ridgewalk over some other places to live in the area was the staff. Alex was our first contact and he helped us with everything leading up to move in, he was super responsive, respectful, and he was professional through the entire process. On moving day, Ian was there to help us through the entire process. He made everything so seamless and he also made sure to do a thorough inspection of our unit before we even set ...our bags down. Grace is always in the office with a smile on her face and is so helpful with any questions that I’ve had. We’ve been at Heights just over a month now, I am extremely pleased with our unit, amenities, and especially the staff.
