Couldn’t imagine a better-managed apartment community
October 1, 2025I just left the gym and decided my review of The Heights at Ridgewalk is long overdue. I’ve been living here for about 10 months now, and I couldn’t imagine a better-managed apartment community. Truly, there’s nothing to complain about. The staff is always kind, friendly, and attentive, and the property is consistently well maintained. Every morning I see someone sweeping, wiping down the hallways, and even taking care of any cobwebs that appear. The gym is equally impressive—it’s immaculate. I ...regularly see the staff disinfecting and drying each piece of equipment multiple times a week. I also love the inviting common spaces and the beautiful finishes in my apartment, which make it feel both stylish and comfortable. September 30, 2025I’ve had such a great experience at The Heights at Ridgewalk! The community is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds that make it feel warm and welcoming every day. The apartments themselves are spacious with tons of storage, which has been such a bonus. The staff here truly go above and beyond… special shoutout to Ian, who made the application process so smooth and stress-free. The staff, especially Maggie, has been incredibly kind and helpful with anything we need. The amenities are always clean and kept up to date, and the communication from the staff to the community is clear and concise. Happy in my home
September 30, 2025Moving from Miami to a new state was a big change for me and my significant other, but this community has made the transition so much easier. From day one the staff has been welcoming and responsive. Any minor issues I’ve had in my apartment were taken care of quickly which gave me peace of mind knowing that maintenance is reliable and attentive. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and really feels like home. The atmosphere here is quiet and pleasant, and it’s been the perfect place to ...settle into a new chapter of life. This being the first apartment I’ve ever lived in by myself I could not be happier with choosing the Heights at Ridgewalk. Shout out to Maggie and Ian who have been nothing but nice and helpful. I truly appreciate how smooth the adjustment has been thanks to living here.
