I had to deal with alot of annoyances from management
July 6, 2024You have to be on top of their responsibilities all the time. Over the past year, I had to call or go in 7 different times because of workorders that weren't fixed unless you harresed them or because they implemented far off or end of lease fees and tried paying them with the rent money I gave them specifically for rent that was due months befor the fees needed to be addressed. Management here was an annoying nightmare for me but the property was very nice while I stayed. April 8, 2024I live in Room C (3rd floor) of a 3B/3B townhouse. I moved here from another complex. It's been a great experience overall, and I have renewed. Costs: Other than rent, we have to pay for utility and a community fee per lease term. We only pay for electricity, which typically ranges from $30 to $100 each roommate, with lower costs in summer and higher costs in winter. Neighborhood: It's quite calm and clean. There is not much in the walkable distance from The Heights, but State college is a small ...town and one can drive anywhere in the town in less than 20 minutes. Noise: The level of noise isolation in the house isn't perfect; it largely depends on the behavior of your roommates. Additionally, our house is located near the basketball court, which can be disruptive at night when people are playing. The clubhouse is an awesome spot to hang out with your friends and play games or enjoy the pool. Finally, the management and staff are friendly and helpful.Property Manager Responded

March 29, 2024I honestly quite love it here. :) The environment is very nice, and relatively calm. Only downside is the occasional (very rare honestly) loud crowd outside at night during weeknights (over weekends it’s understandable), and the occasional revving engine noise at night during weeknights (again, weekends are understandable). Otherwise, the apartments are quite nice, the outside environment is pretty, and the people are quite nice.Property Manager Responded
