July 1, 2025As a resident who’s lived here for awhile, it’s become increasingly clear that the leasing office and rental company see their tenants not as people, but dollar signs. My last two renewals have come with around 20% increases on rent, with no room for negotiation. So many people have moved out, pushed out by high costs so new renters can move in and be taken advantage of. Additionally, I’ve had to deal with a cigarette smoke coming into my apartment for over six months, constantly working with the ...management to try to get a resolution, only to get the run round around and very little tangible information in our email communications.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 11, 2023Deceitful, unprofessional and unethical leasing team including members of Durst organization. If you have to rent in any of Durst properties make sure to take everything in writing, view the original apartment you intend to lease, do not fall for viewing of exact same or mirror apartment, do not pay for anything including the application fee or deposit unless you view the apartment and obtain agreement via email exchange. They do not refund any fee or deposit. I was deceived and at multiple ...occasions reached out to Durst HQ but the response was equally unprofessional and unethical. Expensive studio, wonderful views that will soon be gone
August 1, 2015For the next year, this will be a four star apartment. Big windows, uninterrupted views of the west side down to Jersey City, nothing in the way of sunsets or the Hudson. But three big buildings are going up South, West, and North and it'll all be gone by 2017. And constant construction sounds. Staff great, roof nice, free shuttle to subway.Review from Apartments.com
