Loved the unit, the Apartment Manager was absolutely wonderful I would definitely recommend Deemer's Landing couldn't have been a better place to stay during a stressful transition. Homes that dont come this easy
October 7, 2015This is seriously an amazing place to live. It is beyond amazing. The people that live here are great people and the neighbors are just so sweet. The property manager is BEYOND amazing. She is so nice and down to earth about everything. Maintance, I havn't have much to do with them, but, thats a GREAT thing. They are excellent at what they do and the apartments have no problems from what I see. When I leave I get told to have a great day and this keeps happening everyday! There is the ..."upgaded" models accross the street. BUT, that doesn't make Deemers look bad. Deemers Landing is beyond Beautiful, Spacious, and just all around amazing. Also, it is close to Old New Castle, and Battery Park. So, all the festivities are WALKING distance. Just an AMAZING place to LIVE!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Motivated By Love
July 22, 2015Fell in love with these apartments long before we thought about selling our home. Seeing these apartments again was the motivation to SELL! Beautiful spacious rooms with 2 full baths. Situated in historic "old New Castle, the gorgeous landscaping is meticulously maintained. Any breakdowns were immediately repaired. Love, Love, Love management. Very rarely do you hear of people loving their management. WE DO!! I love the fact that there is an area where you can have a BBQ. Just reminds me ...of being in the park. Beautiful swimming pool, spacious parking lot. They are on top of clearing the lot from snow and ice. Also, makes sure that unauthorized vehicles will not find a "home" here! Public transportation (bus) is right across the street from the apartments. Like the river? We are within walking distance to Battery Park. Take a lounge chair, relax and enjoy the breeze. Love my new home !!
October 22, 2014I recently moved to DE from Maryland and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of apartment living at Deemers. My application was approved in 2 days and they moved me right in. I love my place, brand new tile and carpet, gym and pool included. Office staff was a huge help through the whole process and I appreciate the help !! Not luxury!
