March 3, 2025I have lived in this complex for a little over 6 months and I love it! I love the modern design, co-worker space, workout facilities, and all the events that happen throughout the year. The front office staff is extremely friendly and the maintenance team is always efficient with getting workorders fulfilled. The complex is also conveniently located between downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville beach. Highly recommend booking a tour if you are looking to move within the Wilmington area!Property Manager Responded

Great Apartments and Facilities
July 16, 2024I love the security of the premises. Electronic locks, hallways are kept lighted24x7, gated parking. The apartments are designed beautifully with quartz countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, whirlpool washer and dryers. The pool area is well maintained, staff is very friendly. Secure mailroom and package lockers. Convenient location to shopping, schools and the beach. Oh and nice dog park!Property Manager Responded
