Dirtiest pool I’ve ever seen, I never swim there, never, it’s disgusting. Trash everywhere around the property. They charge you if their pipes clog, and they clean the drain. They charge for valet trash, and doesn’t pick it up! They charged me for 6 months and never picked up trash from me once. Rejected to stop charging me, and still no pickup!!! Poorly managed property
March 10, 2022Having resided here only 6 months, the property already gone through 2 management companies, and there is only one maintenance worker on site. The worker will show up anytime at his convenience; not at the convenience of the property dweller. ALSO: lots of superficial work done on the exterior only when the owners of the property have been scheduled for a visit. Pest infestation and not move in ready
January 3, 2022When I moved in my unit was full of roaches. Took multiple attempt to leasing office to get sprayed. Between the two of us move in date was pushed multiple times. The leasing staff has no empathy towards tenants and need to be more considerate. If a unit is not move in ready it needs to be explained. No one should have to deal with pests or continue to request maintenance on stuff that should have been taken care of from the get go. Management Always Unavailable
January 11, 2021I Completed a 1 year lease I paid move out costs of $91.76 with a $92.00 money order. I received a .24 cent check back from them and a month later I receive a collection notice from NCS stating I owe the apartments $91.76 completely ridiculous. The management has been emailed and have not received an email back. I’ve called for 2 weeks daily and management is not there. All I want is an acknowledgement that the issue is being looked into or a call back. Always paid my rent on time never had ...issues. Don’t deserve this. Poor
June 11, 2019In 3 years my rents has increased nearly $200 monthly & $2,400 annually. No option for cable, ONLY Xfinity. Shared waterlines and 0 support from staff. I rrcieved a coupom to RUASE MY RENT $10. When I called the office, Vanessa said ahe had 10 yrs experience and would call me back or schedule and appt. to speak in person with the landlord to helo me stay. 5 days later, no response. Better for pets than kids
June 12, 2017I lived here with my wife and 2 kids for 1 year and we had our 3rd kid while here. We moved in from out of state last-minute, so we couldn't visit beforehand. Pros: -Pool -Exercise room -Friendly staff -Nearby park -Right off the freeway Cons: -Online said the apartment had a playground. When we arrived, they said it had been torn out because it rusted. This was important to our decision. -Dog poop everywhere. Kids can't play in the grass much. -The complex was recently bought by someone else. ...The new staff doesn't seem to have much control for refunds or technical aspects of the auto-payment online system. There was a hiccup with my auto-payment. I paid in advance to always be sure I paid on time. Then I got a late fee that didn't make sense. After calling a couple of times, it was more hassle than it was worth and I just dropped it. -The new admin asked me if I have any concerns. I mentioned the playground and dog poop. They said they're making a dog park on the premises. I replied, if they've got the space for a dog park, why not a people park? There's lots of kids here. Besides, people aren't going to walk their dog all the way over to the dog park just to poop. They'll take their dog out to a nearby grass. -There's very little parking. Since I often get home at 11pm, all the spots were taken and I had to walk. That's tough when it's raining. -I submitted 2 service requests while there: water heater & fridge ice maker. They replaced the water heater quickly. When they replaced the ice maker, it still didn't work. After submitting the same request three times and having them replace the ice maker 3 times, I stopped requesting. Why didn't they test it, or come back to see if it worked, like they said. Great Place to Call Home
August 12, 2015I have lived in the Fountains of Rosenberg for almost 2 years now, the office staff has always been courteous, the apt are amazing and kept up to date. Any time I have ever had an issue they send maintenance asap. The only down side is parking....space is limited and is a first come first serve unless you pay extra for a covered spot. The apt complex is always well maintained....clean, grass cut, pool taken care of. I'd recommend this apt to anyone!Review from Apartments.com
