June 11, 2024The Hermitage is such a cute living space. This is my first apartment, and I live in a two bedroom model. It's in the middle of Speedway, conveniently close to stores and restaurants I would need to restock my daily living essentials or to have a good time. There's a diverse population of people who live there, too (which I love). It's mostly quiet and peaceful in the morning, througout the day and at night. If there's an issue with my apartment, maintenance comes out to check and fix it in a ...timely manner with updates about the progress. The women working at the leasing office are cool, they helped me understand how to prepare my documents for moving in. Also, the occasional food truck in the neighborhood is so fun, I hope they bring more vendors around! July 27, 2023The hermitage has been a nice value apartment complex in a time where rent is increasing unnecessarily at other places. For the price I pay I get great value with the bedrooms and appliances. My kitchen and cabinets were upgraded early on in my lease and they have been a great edition. It feels much better as an overall apartment. The place isn't perfect, but no apartment is. I would highly recommend this apartment complex, so long as the rent stays in its current range. The current value is very ...good and better quality compared to a lot of other complexes in Indianapolis.Property Manager Responded
