February 16, 2026I’ve had a great experience living at The Heron at River Island. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, which makes it a relaxing place to come home to. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light. The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I also really enjoy the amenities—especially the pool, fitness center, and walking ...trails. It’s a great balance of comfort, convenience, and nature. December 9, 2025The staff that work here are amazingly friendly and helpful. The neighbors are friendly. The community is kept cleaned. Honestly it's like a vacation here. There are grill stations, a dog park, a club house and a pool table, a pet wash station, fitness centers. I've never felt more safe in my entire life.
