The only places I will live in Augusta
April 9, 2026I’m military, and this is the only place I will live while stationed here in Augusta. I searched so many places, and this is the only place that stood out amongst the rest. A peaceful getaway

We love to do yoga and take walks down by the river. Great location for kayaking and biking. We enjoy attending the performing arts center. My own oasis
February 16, 2026I’ve had a great experience living at The Heron at River Island. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, which makes it a relaxing place to come home to. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light. The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I also really enjoy the amenities—especially the pool, fitness center, and walking ...trails. It’s a great balance of comfort, convenience, and nature.
