December 9, 2025The staff that work here are amazingly friendly and helpful. The neighbors are friendly. The community is kept cleaned. Honestly it's like a vacation here. There are grill stations, a dog park, a club house and a pool table, a pet wash station, fitness centers. I've never felt more safe in my entire life. Also everything thing is for the most part a 5 to 15 minute drive from here.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2025I am in the process of moving in. Megan, the Assistant Community Manager, has been very helpful. My only stress has come from the mixup about the address of the property. I was told it was Martinez but some utilities only recognize it as Evans, GA.Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2025I have really enjoyed living in this community. In the past, I've been unfortunate to live with very loud neighbors and traffic. In this community the neighbors are beyond friendly and quite. Sometimes I notice sound traveling through the walls, but everyone is respectful of typical quiet hours. Not having the constant sound of traffic all the time has been amazing. When going outside throughout the majority of the day/night you consistently are hearing birds or other relaxing animal sounds. The ...apartments are very spacious - I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus a garage and it has been perfect for me and my partner. Allows for us to have the storage space and have guests over with the option to spend the evening if they would like. I highly recommend this apartment complex to those moving to the Augusta area!Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2025I feel that the rent is high considering the lack of cleanliness on the property. There is often trash scattered in the grass, piles of garbage left outside of the dumpster, and dog waste throughout the grounds. These conditions create odors and attract pests, which negatively impact the living experience—especially for tenants placed near these areas. Rent should reflect the additional burden residents face in dealing with these issues.Property Manager Responded

Please know that we are actively addressing these issues. Our team continues to monitor and clean the grounds daily, and we are working closely with vendors to improve trash removal and ensure dumpsters are serviced on schedule. In addition, we are reinforcing pet waste policies with residents to help keep the property cleaner and more enjoyable for all.
