March 13, 2025My car was unnecessarily towed and retrieved at my own expense. I was never contacted regarding this. My apartment was less than clean at move in, also never addressed. It doesn't appear that any revenue is being reinvested into the property. When I've called the office, the staff have ranged from ignorant to rude. No, I would not recommend this company unless I saw impactful efforts to improve.
