January 21, 2025The building advertises itself as a luxury building with a staff and amenities, however, the office staff is completely unresponsive. The amenities never work, the gym they highlight didn’t have working equipment for months and the building did nothing to fix it. The security features like the parking gates and call boxes break constantly and rarely get fixed, and the elevator breaks every couple of weeks. That is just the building at large, if something goes wrong in your apartment you’ll need ...to file multiple requests for help before the poor maintenance worker is even told.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2024Rather disappointed that amenities like gym equipment don't work for over a month now. Trash chute is always broken, printer in office hasn't worked in months, and one elevator always seems to be down at least every two weeks. The pool area stays dirty. Since they let go of previous property manager, it's gone down hill. GK claims this is Luxury and it's not.
