We previously lived here in 2022, and I believe the change in management has positively impacted the community. It is now very clean and feels safe during the night. Maintenance has been excellent—when we moved in, our A/C was frozen over, and they responded quickly. The leasing office staff made our move back to the area very seamless. Our location is truly centrally located near all of the major highways. If you’re a Huber fan, the fares are much less because you are near great restaurants and shopping. However, Maintenance came out in a timely manner to resolve all. The only remaining issue I have after work order is the temperature of my hot water.Property Manager Responded

After the Haboob hit not too long ago there were tree branches and random things everywhere and I was so surprised to see that the Highlands had maintenance come and clean it up right away, fixing the pools the walkways and streets.Property Manager Responded
