December 19, 2025The mailbox has been broken into twice since I’ve lived here for roughly two months. A bit frustrating but everything else is great. The office staff is super friendly and usually pretty helpful. Darius is awesome.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025My family and I recently returned to Highland Apartments. We previously lived here in 2022, and I believe the change in management has positively impacted the community. It is now very clean and feels safe during the night. Maintenance has been excellent—when we moved in, our A/C was frozen over, and they responded quickly. The leasing office staff made our move back to the area very seamless. If you're searching for a nice townhome in Phoenix, I highly recommend Highland.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2025Starting my sixth year, I live close to my school where I teach and look forward to coming home to the Highlands. Our location is truly centrally located near all of the major highways. If you’re a Huber fan, the fares are much less because you are near great restaurants and shopping. The community is wonderful and enjoyably diverse. The best residents of our community are our dogs and cats.Property Manager Responded

October 6, 2025Love the area, community, and my apartment. The leasing staff was amazing from walk-through to move-in. I had multiple issues upon move-in. However, Maintenance came out in a timely manner to resolve all. The only remaining issue I have after work order is the temperature of my hot water.Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2025I just moved here and I feel very safe! It is so clean and well kept I am very surprised! After the Haboob hit not too long ago there were tree branches and random things everywhere and I was so surprised to see that the Highlands had maintenance come and clean it up right away, fixing the pools the walkways and streets.Property Manager Responded

June 23, 2025My time here was alright. Maintenance was terrible at the beginning but has greatly improved. Lived with a hole in the roof of my living room the first 6 months after I moved in. It’s quiet but porch pirating is a high possibility, has happened on multiple occasions. Rent is probably a little higher than it should be but location is still close to many stores and restaurants.Property Manager Responded
