December 11, 2024So far your leasing office (Jewel) has made this a seamless process. The location is perfect and the amenities look lovely. The apartment itself is beautiful, looking forward to soaking in the tub and having in unit washer and dryer will make things much easier. The kitchen storage and stainless steel appliances are such a nice touch. My move in date isn't until the 31st but I'm looking forward to it.Property Manager Responded

November 3, 2024Quite community, residents mostly keep to themselves, but all interactions are friendly. Would love to see some simple amenities such as a small playground/swings for kids added. There are also a fair amount of dogs, I feel the community would also benefit from a dog wash. October 30, 2024I’ve had an overall okay experience renting here. The staff is friendly and responsive to any issues that arise.
