Stop relying on an APP to access the apartments. Many occasions I have had issues with the app. A keypad should be a mandatory redundancy.

I’ve lived here for 4 years, and conditions have gotten unacceptable. The roach infestation has been ongoing for months despite repeated requests for follow-up treatments. Most recently, my AC broke during 90–100° heat. Management refused to fix it due to a “warranty” and left my apartment at 90° inside with only a tiny portable unit — completely inadequate for Texas weather. My dog was left in dangerous conditions, risking heat stroke. These are serious health hazards, and nothing is being ...
resolved. After 4 years as a loyal tenant, I can’t recommend living here until management takes real action.
