  • Unprofessional experience and lack of accountability from management

    July 31, 2025
    We applied on July 24th and got zero clarity from management after a full week. We completed everything they asked for — even agreed to show our documents in person — but the head manager, Caitlin, still couldn’t confirm anything and never called us back. All communication shifted to vague texts. Very unprofessional experience.
