This complex literally deserves one star. The only thing I like about the apartment was it being spacious. Other than that the buildings are rowdy, cats pooping and peeing in the laundry room and the building, people smoking the laundry room up, the building should be locked entrance it was only locked for maybe 2months at most, roaches and mice in the unit, when I say the mice problem was horrible!!!! Mice terds on my babies equipment. Went to leasing office about certain issues and the ladies ...

in there were no help. Upon move in the apartment was a mess and half done, the kitchen was completely soiled( raggedy cabinets and dirty) my kitchen sink was backed up for about 3 weeks and maintenance dragged their feet. Called emergency maintenance on several occasions and the line was disconnected. I have a folder of atleast 50 pictures of everything horrible in this apartment. Wouldn’t recommend

I have mice, broken dishwasher, broken sink faucet, broken closet doors, broken mirrors in bathroom and ceiling stain from a leak. I have lived here so long, they don't think I will leave so they ignore my complaints. They act rude when I complain. I can't wait til my lease is up in August. I am fed up. I hate this place.

Since I've moved in it's been a great experience. I just renewed my lease. The leasing office gets things done! Ms.Kim and Mr.Troy are the best! Whenever I have a problem in my apartment it gets done ASAP even a small problem. So I definitely recommend moving here.

This place is awful. I lived on 3408 Aurora Ln for almost one year. The building is infested with mice and roaches. There is mice droppings all over the counters and floors (even in the bedrooms!) I heard the mouse squeaking on the walls, and running in the apartment all night long. We have to set up our own traps but there are so many they never stop coming regarding of how many I caught. The hot water is spotty. I came home from work to no hot water at least 3 times a month. Neighbors ...

complaints of bedbugs abounds! Management don't do a thing about the pests. Finally I had a baby and couldn't let the baby on the floor because of the mice. The positive reviews might be from the management because this place sucks. Don't come here! You will regret!!!

parking is wonderful too. You are about 8 minutes from the West Baltimore City Line and The GREAT Coppin State University. Hgwy 695 is literally 2 minutes away which will take you to 95, 295, 70 and 40. Large and small retail is roughly 10-15 minutes away and Grocery is about 5-10. The landscaping is well kept. I have noticed 0 pest and the furry family members seem to be trained with no waste on the grass. Looking forward to many months and years at this wonderful community! My apartment is just what I needed. I have a son and it's our first apartment alone and it's great. I have a one bedroom and a den apartment. My son sleeps in the den because he is only 6 and he doesn't really need closet space. However there are so many closets a girl can really get use to. The kitchen has a dishwasher so I can teach my son how to load the dishwasher. Also the living and dining area is roomy for the both of us.
