February 3, 2025I’ve had my share of apartment living. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I have run into 4-5 issues and they are quick to resolve them! The staff is rude, I'll never rent here.
April 23, 2024I was already on edge because of the location, but when the property manager came and pulled the leasing agent away from our consultation, we immediately decided we are not living there. The apartments are okay, not great. I was really ready to give up on any complex with the name "Tides".Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here
June 1, 2023Do not move in here. This is easily the worst place I have ever lived. Management is absolutely useless. They are constantly doing repairs and shutting water off. The fees this place “magically” adds is unbelievable. All lies
March 9, 2023I have lived here for going on 3 years and I don't move only because I hate moving I'm almost to the point though. Maintenance is an absolute joke and they check off requests when they really don't do them. I have a giant hole cut out in my master bedroom that's been there for over a week it's covered with a trash bag. I've been telling them to finish their job every day for the past week and they really don't care. The gym they say that they have is always locked and all the machines are broken, ...the pools that they say that they have I've seen Summers come and go, those pools have never opened. You get to run around from the office and the turnover rate for whoever is in management or whoever owns the complex changes year to year. RUN TRUST ME

July 2, 2022Management handles nothing. Maintenance doesn't fix things well when they do fix things. Drugs are everywhere, including people dealing. There are some nice people but most are rude, loud and have no issue having screaming matches in the breezeway and courtyards. HIGH CRIME AREA
December 16, 2021Dangerous place to live. Stay away seriously. Counting the days until I move out. Bug Infested
July 21, 2021Whatever you do, do not sign a lease here. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but this has been the worst leasing experience I have ever had. I signed a short term lease here while in the process of purchasing a home and I was moved into an apartment completely infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. It took management 3 weeks to transfer me to a unit that was not infested with bugs and upon transferring to the new unit, management forgot to secure the necessary building permits to ...maintain electricity in the units they are responsible for maintaining. I have now had 3 weeks in a bug infested apartment, followed by 2 days in an apartment with no electricity and there does not seem to be any resolution in sight. I paid $1,000 to secure movers to move in to the initial unit, which I am certain I will never see again and my confidence that there will be any resolution soon is gone. July 14, 2021I filled out an application and then called and left a message to see if I needed to send anything else. No one called me back I called again the next day. The lady who answered sounded irritated I called. She said the property was sold and asked my move date and then stated there was nothing they could do for me my phone died and tried calling back to verify info she gave was what I had heard and no response. Calle the offsite team she acted like she knew nothing about the property being sold ...the day before and said she couldn’t help me either. There is always an excuse!
October 14, 2016I've lived here for 2 years, and the last 6 months have been a total hassle! Our 2nd floor unit has multiple ceiling leaks and water damage. Repair the damaged areas? No, blame the wind for blowing rain in crevices and paint over the discolored wall and ceiling spots. No swimming pool until July? Supplies to repair it are always unavailable to them. Online billing portal lists incorrect balance ? Charge us late fees. There has been emergency water shut off at least twice a week for 2 months. ...There is not enough parking spots near units, office staff are very rude (especially Sheila and Paxton), and maintenance always requires multiple visits to look at a problem and a few more to repair.
