March 2, 2026When i first moved here they told me i had 2 months free but ended up making me pay for the other month because they did not put it in my lease and they were scamming people. Ac just went out they have not changed the filter for years there is dust everywhere. Cabinets keep breaking. Management is absolutely terrible and will do nothing to make sure you're living comfortably.Review from Apartments.com

February 8, 2026Rude office staff, broken apartments, unsafe complex. I moved here from six hours away and two hours into my drive they told me they wouldn’t have my apartment ready for another week. After about an hour of negotiations they moved me into a different layout and this apartment was falling apart at the seams. No AC in the peak heat of August, a toilet that runs constantly, broken microwave, stovetop that doesn’t heat up, split doors, cracked countertops, and much more. Maintenance requests were ...submitted repeatedly and I was in the office almost daily trying to get things fixed. The response I got each time showed they had no control over their maintenance team. Only after I reported them to the city did I get my ac fixed three months later. Even still, the new ac leaked and nothing was done about it yet again. They now have a new office staff and the manager is the rudest and most difficult human being I’ve ever interacted with. When I was trying to have a civil conversation she interrupted and accused me of recording her, when I showed I wasn’t doing anything of the sort she began to immediately shut down anything I said so no conversation could be had. The only competent and nice person in that office is Cheya but for as kind as he is he holds no power in that complex. The complex itself is also highly unsafe. I constantly heard people yelling, loud music and bangs, and complaints of car break ins. February 3, 2025I’ve had my share of apartment living. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I have run into 4-5 issues and they are quick to resolve them! April 23, 2024I was already on edge because of the location, but when the property manager came and pulled the leasing agent away from our consultation, we immediately decided we are not living there. Do Not Move Here
June 1, 2023Do not move in here. This is easily the worst place I have ever lived. Management is absolutely useless. They are constantly doing repairs and shutting water off. The fees this place “magically” adds is unbelievable. March 9, 2023I have lived here for going on 3 years and I don't move only because I hate moving I'm almost to the point though. Maintenance is an absolute joke and they check off requests when they really don't do them. I have a giant hole cut out in my master bedroom that's been there for over a week it's covered with a trash bag. I've been telling them to finish their job every day for the past week and they really don't care. The gym they say that they have is always locked and all the machines are broken, ...the pools that they say that they have I've seen Summers come and go, those pools have never opened. July 2, 2022Management handles nothing. Maintenance doesn't fix things well when they do fix things. Drugs are everywhere, including people dealing. There are some nice people but most are rude, loud and have no issue having screaming matches in the breezeway and courtyards. Bug Infested
July 21, 2021Whatever you do, do not sign a lease here. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but this has been the worst leasing experience I have ever had. I signed a short term lease here while in the process of purchasing a home and I was moved into an apartment completely infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. It took management 3 weeks to transfer me to a unit that was not infested with bugs and upon transferring to the new unit, management forgot to secure the necessary building permits to ...maintain electricity in the units they are responsible for maintaining. I have now had 3 weeks in a bug infested apartment, followed by 2 days in an apartment with no electricity and there does not seem to be any resolution in sight. I paid $1,000 to secure movers to move in to the initial unit, which I am certain I will never see again and my confidence that there will be any resolution soon is gone. July 14, 2021I filled out an application and then called and left a message to see if I needed to send anything else. No one called me back I called again the next day. The lady who answered sounded irritated I called. She said the property was sold and asked my move date and then stated there was nothing they could do for me my phone died and tried calling back to verify info she gave was what I had heard and no response. Calle the offsite team she acted like she knew nothing about the property being sold ...the day before and said she couldn’t help me either.
