I don't have hot water, or even warm water so that's depressing, I also am not suave on paying rents through portals and what is an e-check? I also think every unit should have 1 covered parking space especially with rent being so high. The apartment is beautiful and I like the layout. I also like the amenities.Property Manager Responded

Have you put in a maintenance request? Part of living here is Maintenance-Free Living and our maintenance crew is very quick to answer requests. If you need to stop in or give us a call to help put in the request, we are here M-F, 9a-5p and Saturdays, 10a-4p (509) 928.3428. We can also most-definitely help you with paying your rent on the portal or if you would like to bring in a cashier's check or pay via Payment Coupon at Walmart, you can do that too. Many options! November 29, 2022The apartments themselves are wonderful. while they are a bit pricey they come with their own washer and dryer on top of having a fairly roomy interior. Parking is pretty bad but there's plenty of space on the street and I've always seen at least 1 empty spot in the actual lot.Property Manager Responded
