I don't have hot water, or even warm water so that's depressing, I also am not suave on paying rents through portals and what is an e-check? If you need to stop in or give us a call to help put in the request, we are here M-F, 9a-5p and Saturdays, 10a-4p (509) 928.3428. We can also most-definitely help you with paying your rent on the portal or if you would like to bring in a cashier's check or pay via Payment Coupon at Walmart, you can do that too. Many options!
