The location and property are very convenient and beautiful. I love the floor plan layouts and updated features, especially the big windows and large bathrooms. The amenities have been great - the pool and property are well maintained. I would give this place a 10/10!

I’m used to living in a luxury apartment community. But as our previous place got really outdated we started to look where to relocate as well as for a new ( better) school for our kid. After a long search I chose the Hominy based on price/quality and location. Those units are modern and spacious and layouts are among the best of the recently built properties.
The office staff are professional and kind. The application and move in process was great.
The community is using a new generation ...
fiber internet which makes impossible to install a land line ( home phone) unfortunately. Everything else works great.
Valet trash is something new for us, still getting used to it. It is really helpful to have someone assist you with that. Although I still see neighbors leaving their trash bags sitting in the hallway staining the concrete floor, yuck!
The neighborhood is really diverse.

"I've been living at Hominy apartments for a bit over 3 weeks now and love it! The leasing staff made the move-in process seamless. The unit was clean and updated when I arrived. Maintenance is super responsive—they fixed my sink within 24 hours. The community is quiet, and I love the swimming pool and Gym as well as the club house amenities. Highly recommend!"
