    AC Repair! Was very painless - AC was randomly not working after a trip. Howard team diagnosed and placed a temporary AC unit while they resolved the issue. Was resolved quickly!

    Great Tour Experience at The Howard I recently toured The Howard and had a great experience. The property itself made a strong impression right away, and everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. Scott did an excellent job during the tour. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. He made the whole experience smooth and welcoming, which really stood out.     Homeward Bound I’m moving back to Arkansas and have decided The Howard is my new home. Scott provided great information, a tour and is super responsive. Love the location with easy and walkable access to all things Bentonville.
