I’ve been living in Howell P.S.L apartments for exactly 1 year.The number 1 thing that makes this apartment complex great is the location.You are literally close to everything.
Starting with management.You couldn’t ask for better.Friendly,helpful when needed,and then going the extra mile to make things right.The complex is fairly new.Only 3 yrs I believe.My apartment is beautiful the rooms are big with a patio,and a full walk in laundry room.The grounds and surrounding area are kept ...
immaculate.The maintenance team is fantastic and waiting for an appointment is non existent.They get to you right away.I want to thank Nancy,Michelle.and the maintenance crew headed by Hector for making my stay here a pleasure.I will definitely renew my lease.

We were looking for an apartment for a couple months and couldn't seem to find something we liked until we came to this community and met Jason. Initially we didn't have no tour appointment and were eager to see if this place was a match for us as the hours were hard to make due to work. Jason welcomed us with no hesitation and gave us a tour (they were closing in 10 minutes) He was very informative and immediately we fell in love and started our application process. Has been a wonderful 3 years being on this apartment complex. It has gotten better over the years as management changed over from Waypoint Management, since Rams Partners took over, it has been truly a better experience. The free coffee in the resident lounge is a blessing.

4/5 … our only complaint is residents speeding within the complex in the parking lot. We witnessed a recent accident happening first thing in the morning.
