I’ve been living here for 15 months.I absolutely love it.Nothing to complain about.The development is less then 3 yrs new and I love my apartment.Square footage it’s bigger than most one bedroom apts and as I always say.I Love the Laundry room.Big enough for storing things and a litter box if needed. 2 more things.The location can’t be any better.Absolutely the best.Everything within a few miles except the beach which is a 25 minute drive.And I drive slow. we just move here and it feels like home, very spacious and Michelle is very helpful and welcoming also the maintenance staff were very attentive. we cant wait to try the facilies it offers. the pool and gym.. still waiting to try it out with my son and husband. the stairways stil waiting for it to be pressure wash.

I can’t recommend this place enough! My son and I are so happy and we feel safe with the bus being covered for the kids! Also there is free espresso and coffee drinks and a clean pool! If you need safety, stability, and a warm smile if you need something this is the place to go!

Clean and generally well maintained community. Some minor issues with the unit when moving in but all were fixed by maintenance in a timely manner. Leasing office can be difficult to contact but are helpful when working face to face.

Only thing I didn’t like is day one my stove didn’t work and air conditioner stopped working. It’s fixed now but didn’t leave the best taste in my mouth for day one.
