They charge a premium price for a decidedly not premium experience.
May 10, 2024This is a refurbished motel. Also, there is a lot of road noise from the highway next door and the fire station just up the street. They advertise themselves as a smoke free community and it was clearly written on my lease. I had second hand smoke coming through my bathroom vent for 2 months and sent them several emails. The only thing I saw them do to fix it was send emails to all the residents reminding them of the no smoking policy. Pay VERY close attention to the terms of your lease. When I ...decided to buy out my lease early because of the above second hand smoke they took my full security deposit, 2 months rent as an additional fee, and another month of rent because I had to give 30 days notice.
