I have lived here for years; they have yet to renovate all the apartments, they have yet to build a pool we can all enjoy, they have yet to build a gym, they have yet to build BASIC LAUNDRY FACILILTIES, they have yet to fix the signs, lampposts, and speed bumps (that everyone but me drives around), so this whole complex looks like a garbage dump. The local staff is rude, maintenance is slow, there is only one entrance which is right by a busy school, and the "new" apartments are built like the ...
people involved didn't know how to measure anything, plus they pave over things like where an internet source should be. Plus you get bugs like cockroaches. Avoid this place. They clearly don't care and seemingly do the bare minimum to make a paycheck.

This really is the worst place to live, the girls at the office when you move in are very friendly, after you move in, pay they bring out their true personality, the apartments don't have any air conditioning, you ask for help at the office and they simply tell you that they are busy and can't help you, on pay days the office is always closed so that the days go by and they can overcharge you, they close the office whenever they please, they never keep to their hours, rotten water comes out of ...
the ground floor and they never do the math, you ask for a document or the key to the mailbox and it takes them up to 3 months to give it to you, they are awful insects.

When we first toured the apartments it was so nice. When it was time for us to move in the apartment looked nothing like the one we toured. The windows were very old and hard to open. The maintenance is absolutely terrible we had told one of the maintenance workers about our screen in our bedroom window and he said he would have to get a ladder to fix it and never came back to fix it. Seriously. Roach-infested and dirty. Have a walk around the property; you can see they don’t put any money into it. Everything is poorly constructed or poorly maintained. You can’t fully open your dishwasher because the refrigerator is in the way. A coaxial cable runs through your coat closet. And when I say roach-infested, I mean it. It was the worst-managed property I have ever lived at. If you do make the mistake of moving here, stay current on your rent so at least they have to give you a good reference for when you finally escape. Do not move here. The apartments have roaches, ants and spiders. Maintenance is unreliable; the apartment changes employees every few months. The apartments are overpriced. I called the health department twice to come handle the roach issue. Sometimes there is no water and they don’t inform you. Trash overflows the dumpster.

We offer weekly pest control service with Orkin. Please call the office to get set up with a treatment if you have pest problems. We actually do not have any open orders with the Health Department on pest issues at the moment. As far as the trash service, we have the dumpsters emptied 3 times per week. We do have 588 units on the property which means that overflow of trash may happen from time to time, we do handle these in a timely manor. If the water is ever shut off in any given building this would be because of an emergency and most times we have to take care of the situation right away which does not give us time to inform. If you would like to call us during business hours to discuss your individual situation , we will be more than happy to assist you.
