This is a new building so I was excited to move here...however the heating system was poorly installed I had a large amount of water pour out in my living room..luckily I didn't have furniture yet...the bathroom shower door does not close and constantly opens during your shower..the grout work in the shower was not properly done as it is coming undone...the workers not non English speaking..so frustrating.. It rained the other day and the living room ceiling and the bedroom ceiling was leaking ...
water..there's bubbles in the wall..that has not been repaired This is a big one...I worked over 14 hours..came home and could not get into my apartment..the key fob did not work..I called the Super multiple times and he did not answer..it is 3am!!!!! This is horrible I would not wish this on anyone

It’s a new building but it’s not what it seems to be. There is no communication from the landlord at all. They are not responsive and it has been very frustrating to reside here. I have never had this experience in my life. Unfortunately it’s a lesson learned; I invested so much to lease here and I’m highly disappointed with everything.
