      ROACHES! LACK OF COMMUNICATION! MAINTENANCE!

      These apartments are genuinely disgusting. We got a 2bed apartment. We viewed a unit similar and we found dead roaches in the freezer. Our unit that we moved into has water damage/mold where the washer used to be, there’s exposed wiring in the water heater closet, it’s basically impossible to get a hold of the office if you work a 9-5 since they refuse to answer the phone it seems. Nothing in these apartments are updated.. I mean the second bedroom doesn’t even have a ceiling light, but that’s me ...
      being nitpicky. And back on the roach topic, this place is infested with them. They have pest control come out every week on Tuesday (their words) to take care of them, clearly there’s something wrong if you have to have pest control come every week. This place needs a full inspection or something because these people are not trying to solve anything.

      Could be better regarding being able to reach someone in leasing office when you have a question, or if you have to go in being able to speak with someone who is bilingual. In regard to apartments, updates particularly windows and doors that are outdated no insulation whatsoever, cold air seeps through. Towing is not enforced, tow company you hire should be driving through apartments randomly; especially if vehicle is in a "reserved spot". When resident texts company to request tow they should ...
      not have to provide proof that spot is theirs, need to create a database between you and tow company; if resident sends picture of spot number tow company should be able to type information in and pull up details pertaining to tow request. Get more experienced maintenance people, when i first moved here 8 years or so there were at least three. Keep up maintenance on ac units always issues once weather gets warm.

      Mary es muy amable y muy atenta, Marcos nos ayudó en todo el proceso sinceramente nos hizo el trámite muy fácil, fue muy atento y amable, es muy tranquilo el lugar, lo único malo es que en los basureros tienen muchos muebles apilados y los residentes tiran las bolsas con basura fuera del contenedor. A mi me gusta el lugar.
