September 5, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI had a scheduled tour at 1:30PM today (9/5/25) and received a text at 10:30AM saying the leasing agent Martinique had a calendar conflict so we had to reschedule for today at 5:00PM. This was confirmed so I rented a Zipcar and arrived at the leasing office at 4:45PM to see nobody there. I walked around the apartment and later received a text at 4:56 that Martinique “had something come up” and, again, wasn’t available. Couldn’t even have the decency to tell me earlier than 4 minutes before the ...scheduled tour. This place reeks of bad management. If they care this little about their future residents I can only imagine how little they care about their current tenants. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst management
October 2, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comOne of the worst apartments in the area. Apartment is ok but the management is so terrible that it has resulted in a quality decline over the years. Car break ins are a regular occurrence and there is no screening of people coming in. Management only works to make tenants life harder. They only care about money and have no concern for people living there.

Great price but super annoying

But there are definitely some cons because management just does not listen. - This is a confusing building and I’ve been requesting to put up basic signs for delivery people and it has not been done in months - The buzzer system does not work in 2 out of 3 entrances and all requests to fix it have been ignored. - I was promised while moving that there is budget set aside for gym equipment like weights which ...has not been ordered after following up for almost a year - The property manager Peter is not professional at all and is very dismissive of resident concerns. - A man literally broke into the building and stole packages and residents were not informed. Poor (and ever-changing) management
August 5, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comGarage security issues, entrances that aren't secure, and an ensemble cast of ever-changing management (including temps, a higher-up from Guide Property, and at one point nobody) suggest that this place has some deep-seated issues which nobody is keen to address. I'll start. 1. The Motel across the street is a heavily-rumored hard drug hotspot. How might this interfere with the Hudson? Well, on your tour you may find needles in the stairwells. If you don't find them on your tour, a concerned ...neighbor may take a picture and distribute them among the residents. Either way, fun for the whole family. 2. People don't shut doors behind them, and some doors don't just swing shut as many expect. This relates a lot to 1, but there have also been break-ins at neighbors apartments. I don't care how many PMs tell me that they're "committed to our safety", I'll believe it when I see it. 3. Not JUST apartment break-ins, but car break-ins too! I love walking out to the car at 6 in the morning and seeing my neighbors' car window in a million pieces all over my spot. I'm sure they love it too. 4. Don't bother getting to know the management, they'll be gone by the time you learn their name – and probably won't let you know. We're on the sixth or seventh PM in a year. Things were said to temps that never passed on to new staff. For a time the emergency number just went completely offline. For a time there was just no one ever in the office. New management not screening people

And the new thing is some residents are shouting in the middle of the night and when you call security its goes to voicemail. Terrible experience
January 12, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comTerrible experience working with management. I applied and told them I needed to know a decision by a certain time. No one proactively followed up with me. The first person that I talked to was a temp, and told me they were having IT issues so I couldn’t secure the apartment. I asked him if there was any risk to me getting the apartment, and he said no. Next day, I learned that he’s gone and the manager, Sarah, informs me that they are still having issues. Again, nothing proactive and I ...constantly had to follow up. This went on for days. Finally, she asked me to email her boss Chelsea. No response back to my email. I had to go and find another place because I couldn’t trust this place to get back to me. Seems like I dodged a bullet. App process is terrible and management is understaffed and not helpful. Sarah responded to my questions immediately and went above and beyond to take photos of the exact units we were considering within our budget. Many of properties we were considering we had to sacrifice square footage or neighborhood in order to have in unit laundry, hardwood floors and ambient light.
