Views are great but terribly made
July 15, 2021It’s not worth the money. The last review was spot on. There is zero insulation between floors so you can hear EVERYTHING. I lived in a few different units and it was totally unmanageable. If you don’t have great hearing, it’s a wonderful place. The views can’t be beat.Review from Apartments.com
Views are nice, but just not worth it in the end
January 4, 2021Some residents were noisy inside and outside the apartment. When there were high winds that blew past the building, it made it very scary and even blew things off the balcony. Some balconies are not private and are right next to your bedroom window so if you want to open your blinds, your neighbor is able to look directly in your bedroom. Or if your neighbor blasts loud music on their balcony at night, it can be heard from bedroom and living room. Left because the rent price doesn't match the ...quality. The views are nice, but this isn't the only place in the area that offers a view.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
