My honest opinion I don’t find the apartments terrible but I feel that the north side is neglected when it comes to general living conditions such as water pressure,street lights,and simple things such as door jams and such. I wish they put a little more time into those kinds of things due to how expensive the rent is

They aren't to bad for what ya pay for. You definitely only are getting what ya pay for though. They don't send out notes about maintenance (and that's when they even get to soon any maintenance). Thank you .

when I visited a friend who stays out here, I completely fell in love with this area. I mean it's absolutely gorgeous! I want to stay here so badly. I can't wait to get the opportunity to move here because it's so peaceful and quiet. The apartments are so clean and comfortable also.!! I would recommend ANYONE to move here.!
