Management is Disorganized and Unhelpful
May 18, 2023The management as of 2022 is terrible. Maintenance is basically impossible to get, as are responses to questions. The manager seemingly doesn't read emails in their entirety and actually lost a contract she signed and offered us a renewal at a worse rate because of her mistake. I would steer clear and trust the poor reviews here - we have never been satisfied with management.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible terrible terrible management
October 13, 2022Worse place ever, regret staying here. I lived here over 3 years now and the new management is the worst. Two bikes got stolen from my door and no one did anything. Two $350 sunglasses were stolen from my car that was parked infront of my apartment and no one did a thing! Don’t get me started on maintenance requests that takes weeks, if resolved. They charge you for “valet trash” and no one picks up the trash. DON’T think twice about this placeReview from Apartments.com
Ok apartments terrible management
July 26, 2022A new company recently bought the huntley apartments and they are terrible. They take days to answer even simple maintenance requests. One of the 2 sinks in my apartment was leaking onto the floor for nearly a week before they fixed it. They also have been removing amenities like trash pickup and the pool is disgusting and has been closed for days during the summer heat wave. They redid the parking lot and removed spots and have not been clear about who's spot is whose for weeks. They charge hidden fees
October 12, 2021They advertise a low security deposit, but they always charge you a repainting fee when you move out. If you live there three years, it’s over $300; if you live there less then they prorate it. This is in addition to other cleaning and move-out fees.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful Renovated Unit and Responsive Management!
July 9, 2019We moved in, in June and absolutely love it here. The complex and the entire Beaverton area feels safe and friendly. The newly renovated gym is small but has all new equipment and you can easily get in a full workout of any type. Our unit was newly renovated and we love the design. Management here is very responsive and quick to help with any questions or concerns.Review from Apartments.com
