A nice townhouse complex with boat docks!
December 6, 2022Ricky and Manny, the maintenance duo, are phenomenal. It is not often, but when they are needed, they are knowledgeable and provide excellent service, quickly and efficiently. They are always positive and their strong work ethic is always on display by how they strive to keep the facility up on a daily basis and in the care that they show for the property. Michelle in the front office is always helpful (and cheerful) and this is very appreciated! It was nice to see her (and Ricky) stay on when ...ownership changed hands last year. Andrea in the office has always been able to answer any questions that we have had as well and both her and Michelle can be found walking around the property from time to time which is good to see. The addition of a dog park, the redesign of the children's play area, the installation of rain gutters throughout, and the refreshed landscaping, have been a warm welcome.
