Our vinyl on our cabinets is completely coming off, I am assuming multiple other residences as well since they sent out an email regarding cabinet inspection for the vinyl. Yet it has been months, and nothing has been fixed. You email them regarding it, no one responds. You put in a maintenance request; it gets cleared as done but never gets done! We pay a lot monthly, and our ...cabinets look terrible, mind you it is just a piece of particle board underneath. It looks janky when guests come over and at this point it is ridiculous. November 4, 2024Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The cabinet issues are due to a manufacturer defect. We have continued communication with residents as it becomes available, and we are in the process of replacing them. We’ve conducted inspections on all units to ensure accurate measurements for the new cabinet doors because all of the defective doors have to be remade. This process does take time. We will send an update once they are delivered and ready to install. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this is out of the control of our maintenance & team. Brandhi was incredible in assisting us with our quick turn around time. The size, floor plan, amenities, complex grounds, are all pristine.
