September 27, 2025I’m in my 3rd year with the Ivy and it has become home for my son and I. It is a community where if there are concerns they are addressed quickly by staff. It is well kept and beautiful inside and out. It is quite a surrounded by stores restaurants and things to do. I love my home.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025Great manager Ashley. Great office manager Alfredo. Friendly Maintenance manager Mel, and Jay. Clean facilities. Nice complimentary coffee. Great clean Club house and gym. Nice valet trash service. We are charged $5 to pay our rent online, and we have no other option??? Rent increases with every new lease. Pool hours are 11am to 9pm. Free gas for BBQ. July 28, 2025I love my apartment community! Although I haven’t explored much or met many neighbors, I enjoy the atmosphere. As someone who is an introvert, I enjoy that it is super quiet and relaxing here. There is many great things in the community to explore but it is nice that I can enjoy my apartment and it feels like a home more than an apartment.
