Poor Management of Property
November 12, 2025While the maintenance team is great and the amenity spaces are well kept, I’m giving this property one star due to two major issues that continue to impact the quality of life here. First, the ongoing noise issues from early morning garbage pickup is unacceptable. Dumpsters are emptied between 3–5 am and the loud slamming is extremely disruptive to sleep. Despite repeated complaints, management has failed to resolve the issue, even though the local ordinance clearly states trash collection is ...not permitted before 7 am. This has been a long standing issue and continues without accountability. Second, the management team and front desk staff have been the most disappointing aspect of living here. For a building that labels itself as “ultra luxury,” you would expect a higher level of hospitality, professionalism, and warmth. Unfortunately, many of the staff come across as unwelcoming and cold.
