Too Expensive for the Quality and Amenities
March 5, 2026The rent price is very expensive compared to other better places in the area. The amenities are reasonable, but the only leisure option is the outdoor pool—there is no other outdoor space besides that. The chairs and tables in the leisure areas are often dirty and dusty. The gym is small and poorly equipped. There are also noisy dogs, and the management team does not seem to make much effort to resolve this issue. When using the pool, you will likely notice the smell of marijuana. The ...maintenance staff is attentive, but the front desk staff can sometimes be rude and unfriendly when we need help resolving something. The air conditioner/thermostat is very noisy and blows air directly at you, which is very uncomfortable. One of the best
March 5, 2025Great central location ( close to Ivanhoe district and I-4), good balance of size ( I can fit my dining room table! ), light (corner living rooms have 6 windows!), convenience ( well connected to garage ( thru bridge), good storage , great value for money, attractive amenities. Best apartment in Orlando area
August 6, 2024I wish I could give it more stars! I've been here almost 2 years and really appreciate the friendly and dedicated staff and how well maintained the property seems to be. They have a lot of different and fun events, a really great gym, new dog park, and even a mini market to buy snacks and drinks whenever. They also have a lot of regular food trucks that come every week. It's really close to my work and super close to Ivanhoe district so I can just grab a lime bike and go! We love The Ivy!
May 22, 2024There are so many great things about this place! Since I have been here a little over a year, they have had multiple events, super yummy food trucks every week, minimal maintenance issues but quick response the couple of times I've had to, helpful office personnel and very sweet, and just redid their dog park and it's so nice and huge! The apartments are very spacious and seem to be well maintained in the couple I have been in besides my own. I really lucked out! The Ivy is a hidden gem!Property Manager Responded
