The Ivy at Art
June 15, 2023If you break it, you buy it. Whatever you do make sure it in your contract. They will make you pay for it, the Maintenace team has no experience at all. The parking is horrible the resident does not have the rights to park in the front which we pay top dollar for, but guest does.Review from Apartments.com
This apartment is not a good at all
November 14, 2021I missed paying my rent by 7 days and they had officers & a team of people move all of my belongings out keep in mind ive been living here for 6 months already and they didnt serve me any eviction papers or anything just had a team throw all my stuff out to the streets even my pet i asked them why they were doing this and they continued to ignore me throughout the whole process overall terribleeeeee apartments and there staff is soooooo unproffesionalProperty Manager Responded

5 Star Apartments
February 9, 2021My wife and I went by today to check out the Ivy at Ariston Apartments by the Mall of Georgia, brand new. The design is truly remarkable, they have elevators and the spacing in the hallway is very wide. Each door has a nice light on the outside which seems to stay on 24/7. The halls smell magnificent!! The kitchens and bathrooms are to die for, they are absolutely gorgeous. Washer and dryer were in the apartment we were shown so I assume they come with it.
