July 31, 2025The Ivy place is very nice and the rent is affordable for seniors. The reason for the 3 stars is because there is not enough covered parking for residents and not enough parking for visitors. Also, I don’t know about other units, but mine has a very loud furnace when the air conditioner turns on. In addition the building only has dumpsters on one end of the building. It would be nice if it had dumpsters on both ends of the building.Property Manager Responded

May 16, 2025This is a great place to live. The only thing I would comment on is that I wish the packages were brought to my door. I have MS and I have to wait for a good day to pick them up from the Amazon hub.Property Manager Responded
