February 27, 2026I’ve lived at The Ivy @ Draper for 8 months and love it here. The staff and maintenance crew are fantastic. It’s a very safe and secure living space. The amenities and activities offered are impressive - there seems to be something for anyone wanting to be involved. I live in a 1Bed /1Bath unit - large kitchen, plenty of storage space, nice bathroom and W/D included. It’s perfect for my needs. Highly recommend taking a tour to see for yourself. January 24, 2026I love it here at The Ivy. I picked this community because it was a 55 community. I’ve been pretty comfortable here. The only complaint I have is the neighbors above me are very inconsiderate and play their TV or stereo so loud.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2025I do like it here. Apartment is large and for the most part it is quite here. Maintenance does a great job from the little things to getting stuff fixed when needed. The folks who clean work hard and it shows. They all deserve a raise. The Ivy is centrally located for much of what I do and the things I need. Funny thing is I was looking for a much different type of place and stopped by on a whim. I don't remember the gentlemen's name but he was a hell of salesman!Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2025I haven't moved in yet, and I already feel like I'm part of a community. I'm moving in in about 2 months from the East Coast. The office staff has been absolutely wonderful! October 15, 2025I've lived at The Ivy at Draper for three months now, and I'm very impressed with the staff, the building maintenance, the variety of optional activities, the exercise room, and the residents. And it's quite affordable compared to similar apartments in the area. I highly recommend The Ivy at Draper for anyone over 55 who is tired of taking care of their yard and repairs around the house. I live in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The kitchen is HUGE with plenty of cupboard space. The ...walk-in closet and laundry provide plenty of room for extra storage needs. October 9, 2025This is a great place to live. It is relatively quite and the staff are amazing. Maintenance does an incredible job seeing to the needs of the community. There are plenty of opportunities to meet and associate with others here, and the staff provides several events each month which can be attended and enjoyed. I would recommend the Ivy to anyone 55 or over who may be looking for a pleasurable environment in which to live.Property Manager Responded
