APPLICANT BEWARE

Applied to this property for a unit that was listed as available. Completed online application, paid $85 app fee per applicant over 18. The next day the unit i applied to in the system was changed to another unit without any prior communication. I understand availability at apartments changes..that everywhere. However, from completing the application, there was no mention of income-restricted apartments, not even on their website or apartments.com. However was denied because I haven't worked ...

within the last 6 months (due to family obligations) but have over a decade of working experience and presented a new hire letter for UCF. All in all felt like this was a sorry excuse..was told that theirs a 4 month waiting list I would have to wait to apply again in 6 months. ..long story short if you are applying out of state please seek another community. I only gave 2 starts instead of 1 because the young lady I spoke with was pleasant. However, lesson learned. ($170 wasted)

Roach Infested, Falling Apart!

Do not be fooled by the exterior. They sure have spent time fixing the exterior and on landscape but the reality is different. They will not show you the interior for a reason! These apartments are falling apart inside. The cabinets are a disgrace. Faucets and fixtures discussing and rusty. So are bathtubs. Most of all these units are all Roach infested!!! Pest control fails to come frequently. Roaches are everywhere. If they spent all that money they used for exterior and actually fixed the ...

units it would be a different story. Maintenance never comes! You have to call 4-5 times to get anything done!

The office staff is very rude they lie to you from the minute you try to apply. All the apartments have roaches. They also make you sign paperwork to evict without having to go to court telling you it's policy. The first two reviews where probably from the old ladies in the office. The only thing good is the rent price but to have your furniture full of roaches it's not worth it. I can't cook nor have people over because of the roaches. There office is always closed they never answer the phone ...

because they screen there calls and pick and choose who to talk to. When talking to the manager about these issues she gets mad and gets confrontational. I hope this review helps future tenants not to bother with this place.

Decided to stay they told me that I had to move becouce I sign a 60 day notice of vacate the apartment now I'm homeless stayin in famaly nd friends houses which is a bother to all please help me I'm lost w/ out my own place call me at 917-405-0980
