August 3, 2024I had the pleasure of touring with the property Manager Felicia. She was so kind and patient. She took me to the 2br which was spacious and had a walk in shower. The grounds were beautiful the pool was inviting and they allowed Pets. She was so patient walking us through the application process.Property Manager Responded

Don’t waste your time or money
June 13, 2022My lease couldn’t end soon enough. This was the most disorganized, inconsistent, and honestly not a place I’d spend another penny. For as much as rent is my dishwasher didn’t work, a work order had been placed months ago, still don’t work, my ice maker didn’t work, work order had been placed (maintenance came in seen ice in the tray and left, I get ice from my neighbor), my belongings were stolen, the management is horrible and always have attitudes. The water is always mildewing, can’t ever ...keep the mold out of the toilets and showers, no matter how often you’d clean. Paid for month extermination for bugs and no one ever came, I treated my apartment myself. Some of my lights would flicker and cut out all the time. Car break in’s and no additional security measures even though it happens regularly. I am glad my experience at this apartment complex is now over!Property Manager Responded
