Living here was an awful experience from start to finish. Management is completely unresponsive; maintenance requests were ignored for weeks, if acknowledged at all. The laundry center, which is an extra cost each month, literally caught on fire. There was zero accountability or communication from the staff. The neighbors were loud, disruptive, and sketchy. Community noise rules are completely ignored, and management does nothing to enforce them. Police were in the complex multiple times ...
throughout the year, which only added to the feeling of being unsafe and on edge. The internet connection was constantly unreliable, making remote work or even basic streaming a daily frustration. The entire complex feels unsafe and cheaply built. There's no real security presence, and it shows. Not requiring a security deposit might seem like a perk, but it's a major red flag. Despite leaving my apartment spotless, I was still charged unexpected fees after moving out. They take advantage of tenants on the way out. Bottom line: Do not live here. It's not worth the stress, the safety concerns, or the hidden costs.
