The worst place Ive ever lived in!!!! Crime rate is ridiculous. Had broken things since I moved in. Management has refused to take my concerns and has not fixed anything.

Rent hike at 20%, only justification "market value", lots of gunshots, nearly every month or two. I've never used the laundry as they were out dated. Doesn't feel safe here even with police and Violent Crimes Unit constantly patrolling the area. My vehicle has been broken into twice. Lack of working light posts, never come home late, and money hungry management for a subpar apartment complex. If you are an ND grad student stay away from here!

This place is disgusting. badly infested with cockroaches and literally falling apart. The lights in the laundry rooms do not even work. They focus on updating the outside to draw people in instead of fixing the issues within the apartments. All the positive reviews you see are baited by offering a chance to win discounts, gift cards, etc... DO NOT move here.

I love living at Prosper Apartments. The new apartment renovations have made the buildings beautiful inside and out. The new property management company Keeley is very responsive and helpful to residents. Maintenance requests are taken care of fairly quickly compared to the old management company.

With this place now under new management I had high hopes for this place and was going to extend my rent, however the new management have been rude and inconsistent. I had put in a work order for my stove a month ago and have yet to be fixed. They have so many hidden fees that is unbelievable. I could easily go and move somewhere for the same amount but at a nicer place. I don't recommend moving here. The people there are rude and ridiculous.
