The Jefferson is Not Satisfactory

The property itself looks great but is poorly maintained. This was evident when we first moved in and they never cleaned the apartment after construction, so the floor, walls, handles, and deck were all covered in a thick layer of black dust. There was even blood on the deck door handle. They claimed they would clean it, but never did. The construction was of poor quality and the maintenance team on-site had to fix multiple issues. crooked. They said they would fix them, but never did. They had to replace a brand-new refrigerator within the first month. We also had to have a toilet tank replaced because when it was initially installed, the cracked it and try to fix it by using clear silicone. It degraded and then leaked all over the floor. Currently, all of the caulking in the kitchen and bathrooms has cracked and started to peel, with the building itself being less than two years old. The last straw was, we signed up for a storage unit and they self-admitted their accounting department failed to charge us for it, and then just charged us all at once ($500) for back charges. Stay away from this building.
