This apartment was a complete disaster. There was no hot water for my entire stay, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the place was filthy when I arrived—clearly, it hadn't been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, the air conditioner didn't work, making the apartment uncomfortably warm. Maintenance was terrible; my issues were either ignored or took far too long to address. I would strongly advise anyone against staying here.

Concerns involving hot water, air conditioning, and apartment readiness at move in are extremely important, and we understand how frustrating and uncomfortable that must have been. That is not the standard we aim to provide for our residents.
Maintenance requests should be addressed promptly and professionally, and we regret that you felt your concerns were not resolved in a timely manner.
