Devoted management and great location
July 26, 2022I have never had a better experience with management and maintenance than I’ve had here. So far my apartment has been problem-free, but maintenance is always friendly when I see them on the property. Management has always been a text or call away to answer any questions or solve any issues! I feel very safe and cared about here. Germantown location is a huge plus being that there are lots of restaurants, a farmer’s market, and a grocery store just a couple minutes down the road! Absolutely perfect
July 25, 2022I moved in a few months ago since I go to school nearby and it is so amazing. The landlord is so nice and genuine and responds so quickly to calls/messages. The location is perfect since I am able to walk to campus and the area is very quiet/calm. Everything in my apartment was brand new and immaculately clean. On the rare occasion that I needed work done, the maintenance team moved so efficiently to get it done quickly. I love it here and I am so happy I found it.Review from Apartments.com

April 13, 2022I’ve lived at the Jeffersonian apartments for about 2 years now and have loved my experience here. The location is unbeatable, you can access to the highway in under 1 minute or be downtown, in the Gulch, Centennial Park, or Germantown all in about 5 minutes. Relocation Oasis
April 12, 2022The Jeffersonian was a great place to stay when I relocated from a different state. Management & Maintenance were both always a pleasure to work with. I lived there for 2 years. The neighborhood felt safe and private. Not to mention front row seats to the TSU Homecoming parade. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars was because having a pet wasn’t optional (at the time). However having a laundry unit conveniently on the premise with overhead covering was a great option to have.
