June 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comAfter checking the reviews for these apartments a couple years ago I was skeptical, but the price made it very enticing, so I took the chance! It was pretty rough at first, but what a turn around! The property has made a complete 180 since I moved in and it is definitely for the better! The staff in the front office are incredibly kind and actually care about your problems. They are quick to enlist the maintenance staff to fix whatever may be broken (I’ve called for my dishwasher and it was fixed ...the next day!) The property itself has gotten a facelift! The parking lots are clean and feel much safer to walk around. The pool is always so blue and refreshing, especially on these hot summer days, and the gym has a great selection of equipment to keep you fit and active. Not to mention the numerous amounts of birds and squirrels you get to enjoy as you walk around! It’s so beautiful and peaceful. I plan to stay here for a long time and I tell everyone they should too!Read More

The actual foundation of our apartment is cheaply made and keep up is poorly maintained. Rent is way higher than it has listed. Maintenance doesn’t care and neither does management.

May 26, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comDon't let the price and looks deceive you. The staff here are terribel. Right now they are renovating and they are telling us to throw everything away on our balcony so the apartments can "look good". I honestly think the residents should have what they want on their balcony. I would go rather live on the neighboring apartments even though they have higher rent prices. Also they take forever to fix a complaint that you have.

The staff is always friendly, it's usually quiet during the day, and nobody ever bothers you. These apartments have big bedrooms, living rooms and dining area. If you ever have a problem maintenance is always on call to help you out. These truly are the best apartment prices that I have seen out there for the price they are asking for. If you are looking for a big place for a good price come here!
