      Trash is overflowing on to the ground weekly. Parking structures are damaged all over the property. We are charged for covered parking, uncovered, extra reserved parking by and guest parking to avoid being towed. Charged for water used including broken sprinklers flooding rocks, sidewalks and parking lots. Just a lot of extra fees that add up to way more than the property is worth.

      It was my home and my pet's for 1 year. My only drawback is the floor of this apartment that for any reason rises. The areas for pets have good space. It is a very quiet and beautiful area. Alicia in the office is very cute and kind. I take a nice memory from here

      I love my apartment. I love the grounds here, they keep them very well taken care of in regards to the grass,ect. The office staff is really nice. That's about it though. To many ferel cats, garbage that is never picked up, fee's that make absolutely no sense to be paying, and maintainence work orders that never get taken care of.

      The residents and maintenance crew are great but the office staff are so terrible I wouldn’t advise signing a lease here.

      Terrible communication by the leasing office. Any time we need assistance, they act like they really don't want to help, though their tone is "nice". Grey star management started charging residents for parking, when previous management teams had not. Why!?
