That's about it though. To many ferel cats, garbage that is never picked up, fee's that make absolutely no sense to be paying, and maintainence work orders that never get taken care of.

However, there are some community concerns that impact the living environment. Community Concerns One recurring issue involves children taking items from porches. Additionally, there's a noticeable problem with pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs, leading to unhygienic common areas. Poolside gatherings are frequent, and they sometimes lead to disturbances that require police ...intervention, typically after alcohol consumption.
