Resident Here, Stay Away Please!

This place is a Luxury Prison. Do not be fooled by the recent nice, glowing reviews, is the new management attempting to salvage things. We are on our third management company in less than 3 years! Incompetent management is an understatement! This is not luxury living.
1. You know the "walk through form" you sign, and document any issues, I filled it out, documented it all by video, took a picture of the actual form, and guess what? They wiped it, and uploaded a blank one, essentially avoiding ...
their responsibilities, a bait and switch, so that when you move out, "there was no record of any issues when you took the unit". 100% fabricated. When I moved in, there were things left in disrepair, including not even an attempt to remove things from the shower that the prior resident left on the walls. Really? Thank God that I took pictures, videos, and made a copy of the forms.
2. You want your car broken into? Are you expecting a working gate to work to prevent such breaks in and theft, good luck! Sadly, I refer people here, and they can not wait until the lease is over, only a few months in. A broken gate for close to the entire residency of my stay in this sh**t hole! Including recently, motorcycles stolen right out of the open wide garage that anyone can come in.
3. Oh, the endless fire alarms going off, I lost count how many times in a month. I stayed because of proximity and convenience to my job, which was 2 streets away; hindsight not worth exchanging your safety and peace of mind. Signing a lease into a prison.
4. You want to be harassed in the elevators, and the "club house" by drunks, and people on god knows what substances, and are mentally unstable, go ahead move here.
5. Want to use the pool table, or use the tv in the gym? You have to provide your license to the front office to "borrow" those items, because I guess we are little children that can not be trusted?
6. You want to use the gym? Bring your own fan, you will suffocate, AC broken for months. Main Elevators that get broken for months, access doors that are broken for months. They use to have security walking the premises, they got rid of those.
7. The EV chargers, enough has been written about those, always broken.
8. Last, but not least, you provide them with a written notice to vacate, "oops it was cancelled", by who? Again, glad I took a picture/made a copy of that too.
