Parking issue and missing basics
January 19, 2026The parking key has not been working since we moved in, which has been extremely inconvenient especially during move-in when we needed to go out frequently to buy essential items but could not access the gate independently. There was also no clear instruction on basic matters such as where to dispose of trash. Additionally, the bedroom had no lighting installed, which is usually a basic feature in rental units, and the bathroom did not include a shower curtain. Overall, we had to purchase many ...basic items that we expected to already be provided in a rental. This made the move-in experience frustrating and inconvenient.Property Manager Responded

January 10, 2026Room for improvement * Halls are not vacuumed/cleaned frequently-enough. Residents and their pets often make a mess in the halls and nobody cleans it. * Residents trash the trash-room and just emails are not enough. Administration should personally address those residents or introduce penalties in the lease contract. It's easy to detect who trashes the trash-rooms or install cameras in the trash-rooms. * Ants are an issue from time to time * When elevator broke, repair time was waaay too long * ...Pool was not clean enough during hotter periods.Property Manager Responded

I believe there was a marathon a few weekends ago and there was no communication sent out about road closures. - Garage Door on Terraine is not working again - Trash accumulating in the Trash Room. Good property, worst management
May 11, 2024We have been residents of The Julian apartments since 2021, and have seen multiple changes in management, since then, but the current management lacks a core skill set which is managing the property. We have been facing the issue of stomping, heavy stepping and thumping because of our upstairs neighbors, and have been struggling to find a resolution with the management for the last 6 months, after all this time of stalling us, they finally agreed to move us (and not the neighbors) into another ...unit on a given date at the same lease amount and with 1 day of overlap so that we could move our stuff. On the day of key collection, suddenly the manager has disappeared, and the leasing officer is clueless about the entire fiasco, thus leaving us high and dry after all the turmoil. We are stuck now, and don't know what our options are, and the management is ruthlessly apathetic to our situation. Would urge everyone to not waste their time and money with this property.Property Manager Responded
