As parents helping our son relocate to Florida to pursue his dreams and begin his career, we were experiencing a lot of mixed emotions. Watching your child leave home and start this next chapter is exciting, but it’s also emotional. Mariel recognized that immediately and went above and beyond to reassure us that our son would be in good hands. She made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.
The community itself is beautiful, and the amenities are outstanding. The resort-style pool is gorgeous, and the outdoor gathering spaces are thoughtfully designed. One feature we especially loved was the large community entertainment area with a huge TV—perfect for gathering with friends and neighbors to watch sporting events, movies, or special occasions. The comfortable seating, grilling areas, and beautiful lake views create an inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home.
The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. Every detail felt well thought out, making it easy to envision our son settling in and enjoying this exciting new chapter of his life.
