Disappointing start
July 3, 2025Just moved in to the Juniper and it’s been a mostly positive experience with one major caveat. Nowhere in the lease or website did management indicate that you aren’t given full control over your thermostat. It’s limited to 70 degrees, which might be fine for some people but I am a hot sleeper and I wish I had known about this before signing a lease. It’s an expensive apartment and they won’t even let you set the thermostat at a comfortable temperature.
