March 17, 2023So many issues in a beautiful building. Most noteworthy are the unmaintained pet areas (seriously they don’t even supply poop bags and the relief area has never been chemically treated so it is ? ), the significant number of AirBnB type units, the smell of tobacco in the elevators, the lack of recycling, the faulty fire alarm systems, a roof deck with zero shade & cheap furniture, and the revolving management teams (6 different property managers & 2 companies in less than 2 yrs). December 1, 2022If you're looking for a superb place to live in Detroit, look no further than The Kahn. One month in and I can honestly say I'm blissfully happy here. The building is immaculate and the decor is stunning, making it a joy to live here. Each of the apartments is renovated, too, which is just so nice to come home to. The attention to detail is hard to top and there are three lounges to escape to if need be. I highly recommend moving into The Kahn. It is downright killer.Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2022I started my apartment search & I saw the Kahn the first day. Everyday until I made my decision, I compared every other place I considered to the Kahn. I loved this place the most. It was more convenient for me as far as location, price, amenities & a few other things. I am very pleased with my decision as well as my family. I appreciate the staff for being prompt when I do need them, I haven’t had any bad encounters & I enjoy how close I am to a lot of my favorite places that are within walking ...distance. They answered any and all questions that I had, and always replied promptly. They made the daunting process of moving very easy, which was especially great as I was moving on my own for the first time. The maintenance team has also been phenomenal in reaching out regarding any requests. January 4, 2022Just moved into a great 1 bedroom apartment at the Kahn and the place is stunning. I originally applied to a place closer downtown that was more expensive but cancelled for the Kahn due to having better pricing and actually having amenities such as the full sized gym and multiple indoor and rooftop lounges which I couldn’t find in midtown or Corktown.
