So many issues in a beautiful building. Most noteworthy are the unmaintained pet areas (seriously they don’t even supply poop bags and the relief area has never been chemically treated so it is ? ), the significant number of AirBnB type units, the smell of tobacco in the elevators, the lack of recycling, the faulty fire alarm systems, a roof deck with zero shade & cheap furniture, and the revolving management teams (6 different property managers & 2 companies in less than 2 yrs).

are beautiful and the neighborhood is great but ultimately they charge way too much for the lack of services.

If you're looking for a superb place to live in Detroit, look no further than The Kahn. One month in and I can honestly say I'm blissfully happy here. The building is immaculate and the decor is stunning, making it a joy to live here. Each of the apartments is renovated, too, which is just so nice to come home to. The attention to detail is hard to top and there are three lounges to escape to if need be. I highly recommend moving into The Kahn. It is downright killer.

It was more convenient for me as far as location, price, amenities & a few other things. I am very pleased with my decision as well as my family. The leasing managers and staff office was extremely welcoming and forthcoming when helping me with the move-in process. They answered any and all questions that I had, and always replied promptly. They made the daunting process of moving very easy, which was especially great as I was moving on my own for the first time. Just moved into a great 1 bedroom apartment at the Kahn and the place is stunning. I originally applied to a place closer downtown that was more expensive but cancelled for the Kahn due to having better pricing and actually having amenities such as the full sized gym and multiple indoor and rooftop lounges which I couldn’t find in midtown or Corktown. The staff is also just as amazing!
